My residence card has expired and I'm still in Poland — what should I do?
If your card has expired, your legal stay may have ended that day: an application filed after expiry is not a renewal but a new and urgent situation. Write today; tell us the card's expiry date and your situation (employee, student, company owner, family), and we assess it with the immigration or lawyer partner and reply in writing within one business day. If the card has not expired yet, the application must be filed through MOS on the last day at the latest. The authority decides.
Can you explain a letter from an authority in Turkish?
Yes. Send a photo of the letter on WhatsApp; we write back in Turkish which authority wants what, the deadline and the reply route we recommend. If a reply has to be written, we coordinate it; where legal representation is required we bring in the licensed partner and tell you so upfront.
