What we collect and why
We collect only what's necessary to contact you and run the service.
- 01
Contact form
Via the form on /contact: your name, email address, optional company name, the operation type you selected, and your message. We use these only to reply within 48 hours and to prepare an operation plan for you.
- 02
Cookies
A single functional cookie: NEXT_LOCALE — used to remember your language preference (TR or EN). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
- 03
Server logs
Standard server-side access logs (IP, browser info, request timestamps) are kept briefly for the technical operation of the site — for abuse detection and error diagnosis. Not used for profiling or identification.
Legal basis
Our processing relies on the bases set out in GDPR Article 6.
- Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — the contact form data is processed to organize the call you've requested.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — server logs for site security, abuse detection, and technical debugging.
- Explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — the consent checkbox on the contact form.
Recipients
We do not sell data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. Only the processors strictly required to provide the service:
- Resend (https://resend.com) — to deliver contact-form messages as email. Uses EU data-processing infrastructure.
- Our hosting provider (VPS) — for the technical operation of the site.
Retention
Messages from the contact form are kept in our business-development archive for 24 months, then deleted. If we move into a contract, the related data is then subject to legal retention periods alongside the contract records.
Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You always have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access — know what is stored about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate information
- Erasure — have your data deleted entirely
- Restriction — request that processing be paused
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
How to request
To exercise any of the above rights, just write to info@senavia.pl. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
Right to complain
If you're not satisfied with how we process your data, you can file a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority: UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych) — https://uodo.gov.pl
