How fees are formed
The call is free. We listen to your situation, clarify which steps are needed and who does them, and within 5 business days send a written scope and quote together with the relevant partner. We have no ready-made package prices, because no two situations are alike.

My residence is expiring — what do I do?
Write today. The renewal application must be filed through MOS on the card's last day at the latest; an application filed after the card has expired is not a renewal. Tell us your card's expiry date and your current situation (employee, student, company owner, family); we build the renewal timeline, clarify the document list and run the application together with the immigration partner. We tell you upfront what rights you have after filing and the travel restrictions; the authority decides. We reply in writing within one business day.
Do you help with the residence process?
Yes. We coordinate the residence application: clarifying which documents are needed, tracking appointments and the application, preparing replies to the authority and sending written updates in Turkish throughout. We run the application together with the immigration partner and bring in a lawyer where legal representation is needed. The assessment and decision belong to the immigration office; we are not the decision-maker but the single Turkish-speaking point of contact for the process.
What do you provide for accounting?
Monthly bookkeeping, returns and reporting are done by our certified accountant partner. We are the single Turkish-speaking contact between you and the accountant: we track the document flow, pass on their questions in Turkish and write the month-end summary in Turkish. We keep the calendar of Poland-specific obligations such as VAT, JPK and KSeF e-invoicing together. We don't give tax advice; the final word always comes from the accountant.
